At Twelvemonth, we cook global cuisine through a California lens. We source from local farms, pour wine and beer exclusively from California producers, and cook entirely from plants. Designed for every occasion: brunch with the ladies, a chef's tasting menu, your company's holiday party.
We chose plant-based because plants are the most complex, interesting thing to cook with. We've barely scratched the surface of what they can do, and we intend to find out.
