The spaces
Carver Room
Named for George Washington Carver
He spent a lifetime proving that a single seed, understood deeply enough, could feed a community, restore a field, and change the world.
The largest of our private rooms, with capacity for a full cocktail reception or an intimate seated dinner for up to sixteen.

Murie Room
Named for Margaret Murie
She believed that wildness wasn't a luxury but the quiet source of everything worth protecting, including good food and the people who grow it.
An intimate room wrapped in botanical character — best suited for standing cocktail receptions or seated gatherings with a close-knit guest list.

Goodall Room
Named for Jane Goodall
She watched chimpanzees share food, build friendships, and care for one another for six decades, and concluded that how we eat is a statement about what kind of world we want to live in.
A warm, moody room closest to the main dining room — ideal for cocktail receptions or private dinners where the energy of the restaurant is still nearby.

About the food & beverage minimum
The food and beverage minimum applies to all offerings from our full bar (cocktails, spirits, and beer), wine by the bottle or glass, and all food items on our special events menu. It is not a service charge. It is the minimum spend on food and drink for your group.
