Terms of Use
Effective October 24, 2026
These terms cover your use of twelvemonthburlingame.com and the things you can do here: look at our menus, reserve a table, buy from our shop and get in touch. By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Menus, hours and prices
We cook with the seasons, so menus change often. Dishes, prices and hours on this site are current to the best of our knowledge but can change without notice, and what is served may differ from what is published. Tell your server about allergies; our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, soy and other allergens, and we cannot guarantee any dish is free of them.
Reservations
Reservations are made through OpenTable and are subject to OpenTable's terms. Please let us know if your plans change so we can offer the table to someone else. Large-party and holiday reservations may carry their own cancellation terms, which we tell you when you book.
Shop orders
When you order from our shop, you are buying from Twelvemonth. Each offering lists its pickup date, location and the deadline for cancelling on your own; after that deadline, contact us and we will do what we can. Payments are processed by Stripe. We confirm every order by email, and that confirmation is your receipt. If we have to cancel an order, we refund it in full to the original payment method.
Gift cards
Gift cards are sold and redeemed through Toast and are subject to Toast's terms. They do not expire and carry no fees.
Our content
The photographs, writing, illustrations, logos and menus on this site belong to Twelvemonth or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Please ask before reproducing our photographs or text elsewhere.
Other sites
We link to services we use and places we like, including OpenTable, Toast, Tripleseat and our social media accounts. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Using the site
Please use the site as a guest would: do not try to break it, scrape it, or send it anything abusive or unlawful. We may limit or block access that interferes with the site or other guests.
What we can promise
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Twelvemonth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under California law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of San Mateo County, California.
Changes
When we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
